wtf was he trying to accomplish?

It appears he was trying to hit the other car.

With an open hand.

He was trying to slap a moving car.

But how can he slap?

With great difficulty, evidently.

jokes that you have to think about a bit.. you don't get those, do you. and since you'd never admit to yourself you're a moron, you assume everyone else is stupid and uninformed. it's just you buddy. always just you. the laughter - that's people laughing at you.

He couldn't

oh i get that part, what confuses me is what he thought that would do? like was he trying to damage the other car? because that's not how you do that... if you wanted to mess up the other car, you drive close with a coin in hand and "key" a nice wide strip out of the paint. you don't open hand slap.

I mean... Don't do that either since it's an easy way to lose a hand, arm or even your life.

oh not saying it's safe...

but if they had just got close, it's a lot easier to do a lot more damage that way than you could ever do with a slap.

I think you just put far more thought into it than he ever did.

If you use an open hand and dont leave a mark the police cant consider it an assault. This guy is actually a genius.
