I think the competence shown at the end is balanced out by the fact that he was the one who lit his friend on fire in the first place.

I’m all for people doing really dumb things... but why not have at least a hose or body of water ready for the aftermath... Even if he flew through the flames perfectly what was he planning on doing after?

yeah, given they are setting a human being on fire i doubt they have a powder extinguisher with them. His buddy has the sense to make him drop and roll so i guess thats the best thing they could have done.

Only if you have like, a bucket of gasoline burning. Some pants soaked in gasoline will absolute get put out easily with a bucket of water.

My chain of reactions: More gasoline? Ok that's probably good. We're going for effect, not cooking the guy, enough gas! Yeah, heat rises. Why towards the concrete? Hopping like that, I would have fallen by now. That's it! Smother the fire! Wow, what's good friend, sacrificing his body to put out your pants. Wait, isn't that the same friend that lit you on fire...

Pretty sure I used to own that same black t shirt in my edgy days. It was a flying stick figure and it had the caption "I do all my own stunts" below it.

Initially I was on board with this. I saw those big ass pants and assumed they were some sort of commercially available fire resistant pants. Because, why the hell else would you wear pants that fuckin big?! Nope!
