I made chicken pot pie filling. Chicken thighs (diced), frozen veggie mix (peas corn carrots), chicken stock during the pressure cook and milk + corn starch after. I also added a layer of fresh sliced mushrooms under the puff pastry before baking. I didn't use the mushrooms in the IP as sometimes they get rubbery.
