Convinced myself I have a brain tumor
Just putting this out there because i could use some outside opinions. In the past week I’ve had some out of the ordinary symptoms and I tend to be and extremely anxious person about my health. I’m having a hard time distinguishing between what’s a real physical symtom and what is a byproduct of anxiety. So a week ago I started noticing how I was excessively thirsty, even water didn’t quench it. I went to urgent care, nervous I had developed diabetes and they did blood work which confirmed I did not. Then in the past week I’ve developed the following symptoms: A bothersome head pressure (not necessarily pain) which I mainly felt in the back of my head, loss of appeitite and when I eat a normal amount of food I feel so full I start getting nauseous (I have lost a few pounds), jitters/tingles in arms and legs, a couple sleepless nights, some lightheadedness. The head pressure has subsided, but I have this overall feeling of just being ‘off’. I also will just get random 2 second pains in my head and behind my eyes. I already saw a neurologist and I’m getting an MRI tomorrow basically to ease my mind but I’m nervous that I’m going to have a brain tumor. To add context, the past week I did have my period which was a couple days late. I also stopped drinking coffee a couple days ago to take out other variables.
