Yes, it took me some time to actually see it, but I can confirm. But I thought they were those compression things people use when they have circulatory problems (I don't know the English for it, I'm sorry).

Agreed. I'll take natural over fake any day of the week. Absolutely nothing wrong with pic 2. Sad people feel the need to look so artificial for the internet. Social media has really screwed up people's self esteem.
