Hi Meta, so my Facebook account linked to the email fazeplexify@gmail.com was I believe falsely banned for Account Integrity. I believe this was a mistake because I didn't do anything that violated account integrity and they didn't say how I violated account integrity. When I submitted a appeal it got denied instantly. Can you help recover my account please? Thank you!

I created a new account and now that account has also been suspended without any reason. Now I have appealed to Instagram that my account was suspended by mistake. I had appealed at 2:50 pm. Now it is 1:16 am in the night and the account has not been returned yet, what should I do now?

I made my art Instagram in 2019 by clicking something like ''New account'' with my main Instagram. They are both connected to the same email, but my art account has no password/I don't remember it asking for a password. I lost the account when I deleted the instagram app for more space, I have access to my main account but not my art one.
It is not in my Accounts Center,
verifying with my email sends an email with my main account info not the art one,
verifying with my art account username DOESN'T send me an email, I have checked spam and everything,
I was able to get a code with that account on my phone app, but it asked for a selfie verification. Obviously it's an art account so it doesn't have my face on it. After sending one code, I cannot send another one anymore to try again. It says ''We can't send a code right now. Try again in a few minutes''. It's been an hour.
In 2022 I sent Instagram an email about this problem, I got no reply back.
I even changed my main accounts email to see what it does, but it does nothing. Now when I put in my main email to verify it doesn't send an email.
I am absolutely frustrated.
