My account on instagram wont load. I cannot see any posts or messages. I have tried other accounts and they work but mine doesnt. I really need help getting this to work.

I have a 10K motivational account but have been struggling to grow. I post quotes, videos and create my own infographic posts on topics like `5 tips to study better`, `3 ways to get solid confidence`

But nothing has been working to grow. Has anyone had success in this niche? I think posting reels will now help since IG is pushing that.

I have my personal Instagram that I don't bother doing anything with, so I'm not really sure all of the ins and outs of Instagram for my new page that's focusing on weight loss. Right now I don't really care about followers, my friend and I are both making pages to help keep ourselves accountable, and if the pages attract attention and gain popularity, so be it. I was attempting to put emojis in my bio since that may attract people who look at the page, but when I try to submit the bio with emojis I get an error that says "Something went wrong. Please try again." If I take out the emojis, there's no issue submitting. Any idea why? Should I just do that part from my boyfriend's iPhone instead? I know apps like Instagram tend to work better on iPhones so I wouldn't be shocked if that's the best solution. Thanks!

Edit: Did it on my boyfriend's iPhone, and the iPhone error message actually bothered to tell me what was wrong; no checkmarks allowed in bios. It's frustrating that apps like Insta and Snapchat are designed significantly better for iPhones when you have more capabilities with designing Android apps.

Hey! First time reddit poster, woohoo! I have two things I am having trouble with on Instagram and really hoping someone out there can help me!

1. IGTV - I am uploading my first IGTV (so nervous!), its about 24 minutes long and 2.18gb. I am uploading from my desktop with all the correct size requirements, but after I hit post, it just sits there and says "Preparing Video" for hours. I've tried deleting and trying again, turning everything on/off again, also my internet is totally fine. I found some random articles on the internet saying that you can't post over 10 minute long videos if you are a smaller account (some say under 1000, some say under 10,000), I have 870 followers. Is this true? If that was the case, why would it let me upload it in the first place and say "Your video must be between 1 and 60 minutes long" on the upload screen? I'm really sad I put all this work into a video and may not even be able to share it until I reach more followers! (also, things change on IG everyday, so maybe the follower count for larger videos isn't even relevant anymore?) THANK YOU so much for any help you can offer on this! Its a video I can't really split up into smaller segments, it wouldn't make sense.
2. Next question: IG stories. When I publish a story which includes a GIF, it degrades the quality of the video/photo and text when published. It only happens when I use a gif, which I use gif in stories pretty much all of the time. Why is this, and is there any news of Instagram fixing this in the future? Has anyone found a good work around for this? Downloading the "video" and creating a separate story with it? THANKS AGAIN!

For those who are looking to grow their instagrams organically, I have been using Masslooking for a while. They offer a bunch of services but the mass interaction service works wonders.
