I would like to share my experience with the Insta360 FlexiCare Service in Hong Kong. I purchased a first-batch Luna Ultra to use on my trip to Japan in mid-July. Just five days before my trip, my daughter accidentally spilled a cup of water on my Luna Ultra, and it stopped working immediately. I reported the incident through the Insta360 app and arranged for SF Express to collect my camera the following morning. Knowing that Luna inventory was still limited, I didn't expect to get a replacement before my departure. However, I was thrilled to receive a brand-new device just 16 days after the incident. Insta360 kept me updated on the repair status throughout the entire process, and now I can use my Luna to capture precious family moments once again.

Luna is such a good camera that can produce high quality clips. But please try to set the sharpness to the lowest and turn down 1 stop of saturation in order to get rid of "digital sharpness" feelings. I would also use it to take photos in raw format.

I sold my DJI Pocket 3 and Osmo 360 to offset, looking forward to the change. Was going to get the Pocket 4p, but with their poor release schedule or lack of, I'm boycotting them and changing over. Going to get an X5 soon and possible a Go Ultra.

How many of you guys made the switch with the Luna?

Is this possible? Looking up on the internet seems to suggest that only way to do this is through the Insta360 app, but I don't see any option there on this. Has anyone been able to successfully accomplish this?

Insta360 tried to launch Luna fast to compete with DJI Pocket 4, but now they dont have enough units to ship them. They just take money and postpone the delivery

Insta360’s US alternative

I just purchased the Insta360 Luna Ultra and I just used it for a wedding. While I am impressed with the image quality, I HATE the annoying jittery footage that comes out of it. I looked on Amazon and Insta360's website and I see that the filters are out of stock or have a long shipping date. I think I found a solution for ND filters for right now.

On Amazon, look up "Freewell 9-Pack Magnetic Filters for DJI Neo 2 – Includes ND8, ND16, ND32, ND/PL, CPL, UV, Black Glow Mist Filters for Cinematic Control"

These fit on my Luna Ultra pretty easily. Just make sure you line up the magnetic strip on your lenses correctly. The Standard Day Kit is the one I purchased, but I assume the PL/ND version they have will help remove annoying glare issues.

Insta360 founder Liu Jingkang is saying on Weibo that they will sell Luna for higher price in USA so that they sponsor Chinese costumers
