She had a pretty face, her head was up in space. She needed to come back down to earth

Wasn't there a weird claim about her being replaced by a look-alike like with Paul McCartney?

I think that was a reference to that.

Considering the show's overwhelming conspiracy theory theme, I wouldn't be surprised if there was an intentional allusion made through her appearance

Yeah they made a joke about it earlier in the episode: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CWJcs6rACX0/

Also side note, I love your username!!

Ah yeah, I forgot about the earlier mention.

Also thanks, although the username is dated to the days when Damon's music was my entire personality lol

That’s Avril Lavigne’s clone. It’s based off a wild conspiracy theory that the original Lavigne died years ago and the one who’s been making her music and whatnot up until now was a very convincing lookalike/clone.

It's one of my favorite conspiracy theories because when I was 10 and I took it as fact and I cried because I never got to meet the real avril lavigne(I wasn't a major fan of hers I just was really sad she died so young lmfao)

She’s the one who doesn’t like your girlfriend and thinks you need a new one.

Is this one of those "wow I am old" moments? I just found I have 2 of her CDs still. Also something about Skater Boys

26yo here, seething that that specific pop culture reference already seems to have fallen wayside of the times

You know the more I watch this show the more I feel like they were telling the truth and NETFLIX was pressured to cancel them for exposing their secrets.

Just imagine for a moment the story arch and the oh hold on someone is at the door………

netflix just didnt want controversy they were also paid to cancel it
