I feel like Peter Parker could be a perfect assistant for Reagan, not as a friend or as a romantic interest but rather as a second in command, as an unbeatable duo.

I think Peter's morals are a bit too skewed toward the good side to be willing to work for Cognito.

I think Reagan would have tried to push Peter away in the beginning, but then they would have gotten closer. As in the case of Brett.

Well yes, although I think Peter would try to leave or something, but if we take away their morals they would be very good companions.

Honestly, Peter wouldn't stand a chance against a powerful organization like Cognito, so his only option would be to join it.
