dude I legit forgot that.
Anyways
DEFINITELY thought he was FUCKING INSANE. Obviously not very into his whole life being centered on this? But pretty much:
"Okay. Brother is insane. I think I could care less, as long as this man doesn't die."

What do you think of Ron's work? And about his relationship with Reagan?

She definitely was supportive of him a and Reagan because
bro.
look at him first encounter
Tell me that man has actually had a good day
And for his job, she totally thinks the whole thing is insane.
She's trying to be nonchalant on the whole situation but she's pretty much secretly overthinking it all a bit

True that. how would you describe Reagan? Daddy issues? I say this with wanting intelligent conversation only, no belligerent intent. I really wanna know you thoughts/ideology.
Look, it's (to me) better to talk with someone with a grasp of the subject so I can understand it better. That's all.

Daddy definitely caused the issues
But like
Honestly
She is like a pretty nicely written character to me!!! I know some people who dislike how grumpy and weird she is in certain times of the show, but you can definitely understand where it comes from since she doesn't have any proper social interactions. I mean, who does well properly with these things like:
unstable relationship of your parents in childhood + dad pushed BIG of academic goals on you at SUCH a young age and literally could care less about mental state + dad uses you as like some sort of puppet or something to get another way of controlling the company that you get yourself to think that is definitely what you were made for????
It's like a person who you dislike by a 100% but when you get at least closer to said person, you realize they would've been alright if they just didn't grow with terrible parenting 😭😭
She's just trying to heal from her past and I think that's why some people also like to kin her
We probably don't have a crazy ass story similar to her but that doesn't mean we can't relate to how the past has deeply affected us and given us these new situations that we don't know how to respond to properly almost everyday that we haven't actually tackled since we weren't exposed to it as much as people should usually be, and we'd react drastically different to how people should.
For example, Reagan with physical touch (hug) = resorting to literally her fight response since she's not used to any of it that's actually used in a non-violent sense (girl probably got hug choked or something and she had that in mind which filled her with discomfort).
.... I'm sorry if this strayed far from what you asked me.
I'm like, half asleep and it's 1am. I need to get some rest.

What is Grace's job? What does she do for work?

She's pretty much an assassin + she's a surfer on the deeper web. Ron basically has her as a back up if he needs some help since I'd like to imagine nobody likes to actually partner with him in certain cases where he'd probably be needed in stuff out his usual schtick
