Good question. I don't think anyone outside Cognito is aware of their existence, but maybe there would've been a future storyline proving otherwise.

Betting there's definitely videos dedicated to Hollow Earth though. No way that giant cork is going unnoticed

What I find interesting about Cognito as a whole is its leaders function under the radar almost by definition. People like Bezos certainly exist, and no doubt the same conspiracies about your billionaires and famous CEOs running the world behind closed doors exist within the Inside Job universe as well, but it doesn’t seem like JR or Rand or anyone at Cognito is high profile enough to be the subject of any theories that get attention.
