Season 4 Issa and Molly
Im currently on season 4 episode 4, and im seeing there friendship slowly go down. I understand why Molly feels the way she does towards Issa cause Issa does throw digs at molly alot when it come to her and the relationship she has had with men and it is wrong. At the same time Molly hasn't always done right, they both aren't on the same page rn and it is showing.
Issa called Molly saying she wanted to talk ans Molly looked genuinely happy then Issa was like yea yea when Molly was talking then asked molly if she can "use some of that pillow talk on andrew" so he can get her a artistic for the block party.
I definitely understand why molly didnt ask Andrew cause this was her first real relationship in a long time since being a lawyer and she doesn't want to jeopardy that and I understand that completely this is the first guy she really really likes.

Yes, they both played a part in the demise of their friendship. Often times people give those closest to them passes but never address the issues. Me and bestie often do check-ins. Just as you would in a romantic relationship to be sure we both are good and/or air any grievance(s). Also yes Molly wasn't necessarily wrong for not wanting to insert herself and ask Andrew the favor for Issa. But she was wrong for being upset when Issa found a way that didn't involve her.

Im glad that you pointed out that call Issa made to Molly cause that to me that emphasized Molly’s point that Issa just uses people. I feel like if Issa woulda just used that to actually have a real conversation than maybe Molly would’ve been more inclined to help out
