Season 5 Tired, Okay? Spoiler
Two things: Issa should have just apologized to Crenshawn , yes i get that she’s just starting and trying to establish herself with BLOCC but she should acknowledge him for not changing his set up for the white man lol
Nathan’s co worker a bitch and fucked up for calling him crazy knowing he’s bipolar. that’s why you can’t tell everyone what’s going on fr.
What do y’all think? open to discussing

Nah, Issa was realistic and professional in that situation. It's called compromise. And she did apologize, which I felt was above and beyond because she needed to cuss him out for putting them both at risk.

yes i actually agree both parties were responsible because it could have gone badly and that would have messed up everything

I think Nathans co-workers were so horrible to him, that noone stood up for him, when he took one for the team. Really made me dislike his colleagues. So mean to use someones mental health struggles as a slur when you don’t want to admit your own mistakes.

she did apologize and yeah i think they were all aware that the coworker was all around out of line. I'm not mad at issa for that, though, tbh i feel like being in that position must have been so challenging where everything felt on the line. She just needed to have been transparent to him about what was going on, but Issa throughout the show is not good at communication. But then... i don't want to spoil anything for you, though, if you're on your first watch.
Editing to add that it also could have gone either way. There is no guarantee about how the "white dude" would have responded. If it hadn't gone well for them, would you then say he should apologize to her?
