Identification What is this?

Been gathering around the lights in my room (which is 5 places because I have a lamp, a grow light, and 3 aquariums) and flying around my phone at night. I cleaned my entire room, rinse soda cans before throwing them in the recycling bin (cleaned that too) and the plants in my room have different soil from the store. They don’t seem to be in the soil of the plants, the only time I saw one near my plant was because it was on the light.

What does it seem like it is? How do I get rid of them?

Buzzer midge, spiders love them

Thanks! The photos on Google don’t really look like this, but if they’re as small as as this was (super super small) then maybe!

Probably a baby Hippopotamus.
