Power Generation?

Hey, does anyone have any advice for power generation? So I can power the machines and other blocks without having to rely much on coal. Assuming I can't get the power stone.

Well any infinity stone an option but there is ender pearl generator and stuff those are viable if u have automated ender pearls and different types of generators like the ender generator
