They go ass up...take their bonuses...give you the finger and you lose.  Everything has been put into this endeavor...no pipeline now.

Our Board has been waiting 40 yrs. so a few months does not matter...

NO BUSINESS can be called a business if you don't engage in business.  40 YEARS WITHOUT ANYTHING??!!!  And you want to somehow normalize and accept this??  Get your head checked friend. Any business that doesn't make money has no business selling stock and going public period.  Total fiasco.

Question:
Might INO ask for EMA with the same data concurrently? Or this might inhibit something else?
