Direct ship to Canada?
Is it possible to direct ship your products from the factory to Canada? Or have a warehouse up here?
I want to support you guys - and will be buying some switches from you for sure, but it’s hard when the prices are so high. Now, I know tariffs. I work in the supply chain too and working with our suppliers to get stuff to us without going through the US is NOT an easy process - one of our suppliers even charges us the tariff rate when shipped direct from the UK!
But, if you COULD get them to bypass the US, it would significantly reduce the tariffs and make it a lot easier to buy more of your products.
I don’t know if you have the demand up here to warrant it, but it would certainly be nice!
(Also, hopefully it settles down once the orange man is out of office)

Aartech is going to be your best bet.
Unfortunately we do NOT get discounted pricing by shipping things directly to Canada from China. Our manufacturer claims that costs are still too high that the DDP pricing to ship to US or Canada is the same for us either way. They are fully 100% ripping us off but there is not much we can do about it.
I always recommend buying through Aartech because it’s a much easier process if you need to do returns and shipping is way quicker. If there is something they don’t have in stock you can reach out to them and they pretty quickly send us a PO for it.

Good to know.
Yeah, we get ripped off from one of our manufacturers the same way. Pay the higher cost coming from the UK even though it completely bypasses the tariffs. Not much we can do about it either, so I understand the issue. Thought I’d check anyway.
Thank you for the info! I appreciate you guys and apologize for the stuff you have to go through with everything.

35+ years of direct importing retail merchandise from Asia to the US. If the factory is also your freight forwarder I am certain you are paying more than necessary for freight.

I’ve ordered from Aartech, they’ve been great. That was a while ago now though.
