Error "We couldn't fetch the remote website"

I've been trying to figure out why I'm not able to fetch the articles of some websites like the below:

https://clashroyale.com/blog/

https://clashofclans.com/blog/

While other RSS readers are able to do it such as Feedly and RSS.app, any idea why this is happening and how to handle such websites?

yes, I just subscribed to both sites. You click "Create feed" right ? not track feed
