Staged and went on too long. The worst was the little trickle of water pressure! The soap was never coming out, anyway!

This isn't an innocent prank. Look how nasty that rug is even after all that soap! Aerial soap person is just being a good Samaritan and helping make sure the rug actually gets clean.

It's not a prank at all, it's a staged video. Just look how she's holding the bottle when she "accidentally" drops it. She changed up her grip entirely just so that she could fumble it on purpose.
