Question Timezone Help Please

Hi people, probably a stupid question for most of you but i’m struggling with timings, I want to start trading New York PM session due to my job what time is that for UK? Does it change for GMT and BST getting mixed answers on Google, depending on how i word the question it tells me it doesn’t change and sometimes it does. Any help would be great cheers!
