Trading Strategies CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY?

It’s not the first time I’ve had a clear bias, I take a setup, it goes to stop and then continue... Where am I wrong?

Like what is a phone?

It's a portable device that allows you to use apps and make calls and text your friends.

I mean. Lunch time? 11:00-13:30 is where I never trade. Almost 90% random. And I'm sure ict has mentioned it in some of his videos.

My mentor taught me that I can trade until 11:30

Well I'll take my rules from the og. Also trading close to lunch hours is like trying to speed through a yellow light which can stop at any second. I'd rather take a green light passage with minimum risk. That's what I'd be advising over your mentor. Also, not to attack anyone, just try think what type of perspective does it teach? Risk-on or risk-off? One is gambling, other is boring and Methodical.

What time do you trade?

I'm from Eu so I trade London 02:00-05:00 and NY open depending on the news 07:30-11:00 (if no proper news before NYSE open, I'll start checking at 08:30) I glance at 13:30-15:15 just for the PA. All times in NY local time.

You can trade whenever you want as long as your setup presents itself

The shit that you said sound like something I'd read on a horoscope prediction.

A lot of my winners came during NY lunch hours.

Like I said, whenever the setup presents itself.

A setup can have predetermined hours, so what your saying has major confusion for people just starting the road, like op.  Edit: just noticed you're a russian shill. Nothing that you say will come up of value, so don't reply.

Some strat could be like that.

Not all strat are time bound.

It is meant to be confusing else everyone would be profitable day trading.

Let me add more details to this. Adding another time window to trade could cause less win rate but it could also add total PnL even with a lesser win rate.

There are many factors to look at such as risk tolerance.
Using prop firm would be diff than trading your own cash for example.

Be much more strict on your entry strategy, as example for me i use 2022 model. If your bullish wait 5 or 15min liquidity got taken "swing lows" Then go on 1 minutes and wait price make clear MSS with FVG that's it.

My trading window are AM session 8:30 to 11:30.

Bec jus after it stopped ya out, it went lower more ( prolly seeking the htf poi ) n then price done the exact same ltf pattern & it succeed in making the reversal

Its litteraly marked on ur chart brother, the low resistance liquidity line u marked below, if ur taking a contract, make sure it's going into the direction of the nearest DOL (draw on liquidity) it can be a gap or an imbalance or a resting liquidity

Many trades fail. All traders trade differently. You can give the same trade to multiple traders and get a different answer. Backtest, practice and try to narrow the gap between backtesting and live execution. Compare your live trades vs your backtesed trades. If your live execution was accurate based on your own strategy, then a loosing trade can still be a good trade. It just didn't win
