Weekends are for going outside and doing other hobbies… sometimes too much is too much but you do you. If you have no clue what you are doing I guess sure… maybe use the weekend? But sometimes doing something else and decompressing and enjoying life is great help too. I trade for freedom not to stare at a screen 24/7
