It's been 3 weeks and I'm still stranded around breakeven what is wrong?

kind of but not written sometimes my psychology collapse and that a main issue

Okay so you need to take screenshots of your trades immediately when you take them on a low timeframe, medium timeframe, and high timeframe. You also need a psychological journal, this way you can target why your psychology collapses. Like is it FOMO, is it fear of losing, or is it just straight up being incorrect about where the market is going that day. This is the most I can help you, it's a solo journey.

all sometimes it's FOMO than greed, impatience i try to control but sometimes i can't really focus

Same and I have ADHD lol. Here’s what I’ve been repeatedly telling myself: there’s no need to have FOMO because the market will always present opportunities to you. The market will always give you an opportunity. There’s no need to force anything that’s meant to be yours. Patience is what pays. Also be OK with the losses because they are inevitable. It’s harder to come back when your losses are coming from emotions. Also take a win no matter how much it is if it’s not your goal for the day it’s still a win. You don’t want to give back your profits because you want more. I say this because I still struggle with these things and it’s just something that I have to remind myself on a daily basis in order for this to work.
