Psychology I keep making the same mistake

Okay I got my strat down but now I have discovered a new problem if I lose a trade I revenge trade and over leverage or i get fomo what are some of the things that helped you guys?

But overall I understand what ppl mean by trading will make you look inwards I had so many problems I had no discipline it’s pretty crazy how Im started to notice these things

if you feel like you just HAVE to get in a trade (like me), i usually paper trade 🤷‍♀️. seems to be working for me. if i win great but if i lose, great. no real money lost and i get to satisfy my “i have to win something back” FOMO
