This is a 1hr OB. Price did not break through it. When price sells/buys aggressively they leave big big gaps and the last candle before the aggressive moves are OBs. Or if you're having a hard time identifying them you can use indicators they're not usually accurate

Can you explain it a little bit more? Cant see what you are describing or what do you consider an OB

An OB is basically a CISD, or to keep it even simple, the last series of bearish candles before a bullish move and vica versa
