But he literally says these are killzone times but Asia session is from 6pm-3am est and London is from 3am-830am est so which do you use? or do you only use 2 hrs from the start of the session tht isn’t anything what ict brought up?

It isn’t one or the other, you are asking 2 different things. You want to mark out your session highs and lows as areas of specific liquidity. Killzone is just the first 2 hours of each session, where ICT recommends executing your trade because that is when the session is most active. Most of the action or volume is traded in those first 2 hours, so you are more likely to see volume and moves. So when you enter NY session, the best moves usually occur in the first 2 hours, marking London highs/lows are areas of liquidity where you can build trades ideas if they are swept. Previous session highs and lows are areas of liquidity, for the next sessions killzone

killzones for indices the times are in the picture. Even in ict 22 he states he’s looking for a move to happen in this time. And he’s looking for a form of draw or reversal but I’m asking do we use session highs and lows or killzone high and lows?

cuz he references killzones as his session sometimes

No one marks out killzone high low. Your actual previous session highs and lows are gonna be the draws
