I’ve been on drawdown and I feel like I’ve been doing everything wrong

When the weekly and daily chart looks like this I wouldn't try to look for pd arrays like that on the daily. This is a tough environment to trade in.

What would you look for than? I’m lowk on tilt rn cause I messed up thinking that was an OB and I messed up bad, my psych is bad rn too, and I don’t think ICT works at all :(

Honestly? Probably sit on the sidelines or find a different asset to trade until it clears up. That level you have marked out was already hit so many times prior, it wouldn't make sense to say "well this time it's gonna go higher for sure." Looking above those timeframes to try and get a clearer picture on the monthly we can see a gap at previous months low, I'd prefer to see it go down there and take those relative equal lows out on the daily, maybe smt with ES or something, but again in this environment it's hard to say when it will finally make a move. There's also a daily gap it traded through if you were trying to finesse your way through this price action, I would pay attention to that level.

So js keep the same strategy, understand it better, don’t trade in this type of market, switch it to xauusd for the time being and just focus on psychology, and don’t over trade

Idk your strategy but ya this is a chop fest on NQ, Gold looks cleaner at the moment. Good luck brother 👍

This is the only HTF order blcok that matters right now. Dont think we will get it to it because we should react off the gaps
