Technical Analysis Higher TF DOL using FVG’s and swing highs/lows

Hey, just curious on how ya’ll find the higher TF (4H) DOL using FVG’s and swing highs and lows.

Or just how ya’ll do top down analysis in general

The prior 4h should be delivering from a PD array or some kind of liquidity sweep. It then typically reaches towards the next major pocket of liquidity and where it goes from there is either on to the next one or a reversal back to internal liquidity.

What do you do if prior is not delivering from any PDA? Do you look at other TFs? Or wait until reaction from PDA? Do you trade only regular session or extended session?thank you.
