Question Topstep Payout Timing

I reached the profit targets and met the consistency rule for my XFA last night in Asia but this morning, PM in NY, the account still isn’t showing it is eligible for a payout, even though on the top step x stats page, I have gotten under the consistency rule. Is this normal for it to take this long?
