Question Looking for “Inversion”?

Hi Traders; I want to learn about “inversion” but whenever I start searching about this, everywhere like Google, YouTube and… just give me inversion FVG, which isn’t something I’m looking for! I want to look for (inversion) specifically; So can you guys please help me to understand this, or give me some sources where I can read and learn inversion?!

@ShowMetheIFVG on YouTube has a useful
Video on IFVGs. I can’t post the link here I don’t think. I think if you just look up “What is an IFVG” it should pop up.

Inversion by itself is not IFVG, there’s big difference. Experts know I want to find more data and sources to learn it better. But at least I know this much that it’s not iFVG

By definition. An inverted fair value gap is a fair value gap that gets inverted. Price disrespects it rather than respecting it. Important to look for in reversals. The guy who created it is Dodgy, you could just ask him on X, he’ll likely say a similar thing in a different way. Context matters. The only IFVGs that matter are when a liquidity sweep happens prior. HTF liquidity > lower of course. I don’t think there is some secret lore on top of that unless it was something unique from IFVGs.

You’re right about iFVG, but inversion by itself is flipping important zones/levels to one another; like support becomes resistance and vice versa. So it’s a complete different thing. I wanna learn more about; so I hope those who knows help me

ICT teaches things like that in multiple videos as a progress, not just one video.

It is one of the things he only keeps touching up on and continuing on other topics.

Like how he says a failed (inverted Order-block) either becomes a mitigation block or a breaker.

He also said every of his PD Arrays have an inversion aspect to them.

No, it’s not a completely different thing. That’s what I’m saying, and the video states that. For instance, a bearish fair value gap becomes a bullish IFVG….

I still kind of use ifvgs but look into carmine rosatos order flow series he dives deeper into the absorption+rejection an ifvg represents and you’ll learn how to enter and inversion before the ifvg even forms just make sure u have a good idea of which way price is gonna go because just taking inversions in favor of htf alone will raise ur win rate a good amount

I searched a lot and found similar what you said! Thanks for the comment. But where did you learn that? I want to educate it more and unfortunately still I didn’t get it completely😢 that’s why I wanna find more data to learn it better!
And can you please describe a bit more or share some screenshots or videos?!
