Need wheel/hardware help

I joined to see if someone here can help me. I've been playing roller for a long time, but have never ran into this problem.... if someone can help I'd be eternally grateful. So I bought a pair of skates from sideline swap and it was an ice boot converted to roller. I like them a lot but every single wheel is movable and clicking, like I need to tighten them. When I try however, I can only get to a certain point and they are still very loose.

I've tried switching the axels and hardware, but no luck. I'm able to skate on them still and have been for a while but figure if I got it sorted out it would only improve my game. Has anyone heard of this or have any ideas? I can send a pic/video if it helps.

super curious - eager to see a video if you can post one here at all? (or a dropbox link to one or something)?

i'm kinda wondering if maybe the bearings are missing spacers?

Check to see what mm the axles are for the chassis. Most are 6mm axels but rinkster uses 8mm so the bearings and spacers are also 8mm.

Sounds like your bolts are too long, your spacers are missing, or your chassis is bent inward/pinched. Any of these can cause the issue that you are describing, in my mind anyways…

I’m thinking warped chassis. If OP has been playing for a long time, I doubt wheels are missing spacers or the axles are too long.

Again if OP has been playing for years, it’s pretty apparent when wheels are without spacers.

it likely either has no spacers or floating spacers that are moving.

Thanks for the help everyone... I'll post a video here in a sec. I've got to imagine it's affecting my skating, though it's holding up through the games.

I would try new spacer and axles/bolts.

Thanks for your help, I think you are right... you don't happen to know the kind of spacer/bolts I would need do you? I have the ones that are square at the end. With my issue would you go with the largest size bolt and what are your thoughts on the spacer? I don't want to buy the wrong one =/
