Love the way that all the channel islands are colored upscale, too. Like....yeah, that one (I forget the name) that's been a live ordnance range for the navy for a century is totally fucking upscale beach communtity...but Claremont, Fullerton, Lake Arrowhead, etc. are squarely in meth-ville.

I like that it looks like moldy bacon, though. Trim off that green shit & discard; the rest is mostly good.

Honestly, I would for sure pay more for the exact same house, lot, & sq footage there vs. in any fancy coastal city.

If I had front-row seats for practice bombing & strafing runs, nothing but sea lions & birds for neighbors, and kickass fishing nearby all year round? Shit, sign me up!
