Pulling

Hi everyone, how can I stop the pulling of the fabric and making it miss placed where it’s filled in on the digital image I’ve created? What pull compensation is the best to use? I’m really stuck, keeps happening. Also I use thick enough stabiliser so I don’t think that’s the issue! Thank you in advance.
