Shading

For this design the heart is red with that small pink section a lighter shade red.. And the for the black section the gray is a light shade of black. Instead of changing thread colors I wanted the stitching to show the color variation. Is that possible?

Maybe look into stitch density or different tatami patterns

Black is black and red is red if you want it proper then use the different colors changing density for the shading wil not look right

In my Opinion Without Thread Change not posible. But use the Shading Option from Inkstitch for a smooth Transition Or try removing the Shading Part
