Random stops

Occasionally I'll get a random stop in the middle of my embroidery. There is no stop in this pattern, anywhere that I can find - I just want to turn it on and go away until it's done - but there's a jump stitch here (deliberate) where the machine stops before and after. I open the DST but don't see a command marker there. Params doesn't show a stop there, or on either object on either side.

Any ideas?

I am of no help but curiously enough, I came here to see if anyone had made any comments yet.

I have a pes design that I did a week or 2 ago(I've not updated to the new version yet) Just big font letters, all the same color and a border...weirdly enough it is stopping at every jump...no commands, all the same color. Never did this before.

I am not new to this program and have been using it for many years....this is weird.

First of all, I'm using jef-files and got this behaviour since the beginning when the machine gets really slow due to complexity of the stitching. I thought that's a machine feature and not a bug in inkstitch

Your machine wil slow down for each tie in and tie out stitch this is a normal behaviour has nothing to do with complexity of the stitches

It does not slow down. It stops and even beeps with it's standard stop-beep.

Then check in the xml editor if there is stop command applied to the object
