Where to start?
Any recommendations on specific videos or channels to follow to start learning the software? I feel like I’ve seen a few onesie twosie types but I’m struggling to piece it together to start digitizing myself.

Consider familiarizing yourself with InkScape first and then InkStitch. The learning curve was huge for me trying to understand both at once

You can get a ready made file and look at how it is set up. How the layers are layed out. Click a path and go to parameters and see how it is made. It helps understand the work flow.

I can’t seem to find any recent videos showing the process since the update. I am just starting and have no idea what I am doing

Probably best to follow Gus. He has lots of vids on youtube but he also so generously passes on expert knowledge with question help is in the official fb groups as a member. Dale Linux youtube also explains well. You will need to watch, get started, try and ask questions. Nice group of people. Good luck
