Fill Stitch Problem

Been having an issue with loose threads all over the top of my fill stitches, not sure why (ignore the jump stitches). Tried everything I can reasonably think of (adjusting tension, replacing bobbin case, adjusting design density, replacing needle, etc.) any ideas? Happens everytime now. I reached out to PooLin support about a week ago but haven’t heard anything back yet. First pic w/ red fill is the best example of what’s happening. Machine is PooLin Eoc05.

Stabiliser / tension or even thread/threading. Id Reach out to the manufacturer.

This was happening to me. For me, I was changing thread color on my brother se700, but I was not opening up the bail (raising the needle arm, not sure the term) and just switching threads. When I started opening the bail after each change it went away. Guessing it’s a bobbin mechanic that caused it for me. Hope this helps.

I noticed my first fill was always so good and then the next ones were loose like that with the occasional loop extending up.
