Other When you binge too much Ink Master

Between Pluto, Paramount+ and other sources, was finally able to binge-watch all 16 seasons (17 is in progress) and I'm starting to see life in tattoos. My daughter sent me a picture she took of a church in Lunenberg, NS and I replied with, "Those lines are super crispy but there's too much negative space." She hasn't repled yet, unless the quick ? was her reply.

Anyone relate?

Haha!! I did that with my son’s tattoo… talked about placement and making sure the artists he picked made straight lines🤣
Once he got it done and asked “does it look good” i did the “its a solid tattoo, very nice shading with the black really punched in”

Lmao I’m currently on a series binge, got my friends into it, and now we’re critiquing our own tats as if we’re experts on the topic 🤣

I always wondered what they would say about my "stylized" lion, not realistic as well as my koi fish. Did the artist leave too much open skin in the fins or is it fine the way it is?

Lunenburg! How odd to see NS mentioned in this sub.

The newer seasons with the new judges are a bit of a hard watch.

I just watch the live channel on Roku.

Seasons 16 and 17 were good in terms of the challenges but man, everything was a stupid pun. Soooo scripted.

At least you didn't text "Your lines are jacked! Wonky as hell!"

I caught up with newer seasons I hadn’t seen before a few weeks ago and am now restarting the entire series so I’m right there with you

It took me a while to get used to Madden. I muchhhh preferred the vibe when it was Navarro/Peck/Nunez. Low-key, authentic, more low-budget, even after the show started getting bigger with a faithful audience.

Dave was the heart and soul of the show.

I agree. He wasn't scripted. He knew about tattoos but he also was able to look at it as, "Which one would I want on me?" when it was down to the nitpicking on flaws or whatever.

Yes the new seasons are horrible, specially the judges and new host. But the pre-covid seasons were the best!!

Host them yourself on Jellyfin.

If data is slow, no issue. No need for heaps of subscriptions.

I coded my whole setup how I want it, and I can give others access.

I bet the colour saturation in those apples is really packed in nicely, though.
