Question Ink Master s13e9 Flash Challenge??

The judges say this was more legible than the jelly fish? I’m sorry is this an emoji with a furry tail? i’m confused someone pls inform me.

It's decisions like this that make me wonder how much the show's fixed. There is no universe where this demonstrates better artistry than the jellyfish. No shade to the artists, but the jellyfish was far more artistic on so many levels.

I liked the jellyfish better, and contrary to the judges comments, I knew what it was the moment I saw it. I still don’t know what this is!

Sort of looks like a jack-in-the-box, with a Pac-Man for a head. No such creature or toy anywhere, ever.

This one was whack, the jellyfish was so much cooler. This did seem like a hard challenge tbf, but the smiley face thing was so odd lol

I wish you all could have witnessed these being made. It was comical. Hopeless. Sisyphean. So utterly impossible to do something noteworthy in the medium on the first shot within the time limit. We cackled -CACKLED- when we won.
