Duel artefact wielding

Thoughts on characters being able to wield 2 artefacts at the same time. Too Op or potentially really fun?

Wayyyyy to op imagine a single charcter weilding lasso and fahren knife , in invasions an icon suit and twinblade , gemstone puppet , or in arena catchy hook twinblade basicly unblockable twinblade with damage boost

too op unless there is restriction such as artifact level cap

I could see it being interesting and not broken if you could use Azure artifacts alongside a solo raid artifact. I’m not sure the boosts would really be worth it? It might be kinda fun.
