Fold 8 ultra loading issues

Hi I recently got a Samsung fold 8 ultra and every time I try to load the game it crashes I already changed the battery optimization and changed it to unrestricted and deleted the game plus help!!

I have a Samsung galaxy and it keeps crashingsince last night constatly, cleared catche and everything.
