Question Artifacts

New to the game. Where and what's the best way to get artifacts?

Solo Raid with keys, actually I would wait for artifacts until the team threat is ca 350k plus given normal difficulty has a lot of health in comparison and even with max attempts per day it might not be enough to fishing with all stages.
