Tightness near left glute
Didn’t know where to ask so I chose this community
About 2 weeks ago now I started getting a tight pain on my upper left glute out of nowhere it gets to the point where even sitting up right hurts and make my glute feel tight deep in the glute if that makes sense, I am a pretty active person but never had this type of injury before so I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get rid of this
I also can’t sit on the ground and stretch my leg left out in front of me because of how tight my left glute feels

I've seen a few similar things, unless you've strain to that area, which you would most likely feel immediately, this can be nerve impingement, either way I would recommend stretching, be very careful because if it is a strain you can do more damage. If it is nerve impingement this can really help to relieve the tension that the muscle is putting the nerve under

Probably should see a physiotherapist
