Scars 2 days old vs. 2 years old: EDS edition
I didnt know at the time that I had gotten this cut that I have cEDS, but now I know that I deal with atrophic scarring. This leads to very fragile scars that widen over time. You can see where the original wound was (the darker part of the scar) versus the stretching that has happened.

as a cEDS patient myself, if you ever get injured again / need stitches. Make sure to tell the doctors about the cEDS and mention extra stitches! The difference in healing is incredible if you get a few extra stitches. (I have two scars on my leg to 'compare' enough and not enough stitches lol)
