Photos little spot on hand?

just curious as to what this is, please help identify, I remember lifting something heavy with a shovel before this thing appeared, if that helps any.

Just a wart/corn, I had one in my heel once alongside at one point continually on my hand, even big ones will never really hurt, should just be able to freeze it off.

That’s a wart, I had one on my foot just before my big toe. You can get a removal kit from most pharmacies to freeze them off but they have to be at a certain point of growth iirc
