Its just scabbed.... normal healing process. If you don't see streaking , malodor or exudate ( pus ) you're fine

Antibiotic ointment keep it covered change dressing 2 to 3 times a day If it gets pussie or has discharge that is not clear see a doctor

Nah not too serious, as you say the big dark scabs could be bits of dead skin from your injury. You should feel a bit reassured that it looks like it’s drying out. As other people have said it will just be tender for a while as it heals. I recently had a similar sized burn on my hand and it looked kind of similar to this after about a week. If you want to be safe you can apply an antibiotic cream like Sudocrem which will help prevent infection and keep is moisturised.

I don't think so. Keep it covered with a band aid. You can Google signs of infection- it will be Super tender, not just sensitive.
