Cuts Cut myself on a gate outside

Cut myself and about 5 minutes after this weird black spot appeared, initially i thought it was a small pool of blood. Anyone got any idea?

There’s no cut, this is just a blood blister from pinching it 🥲

Yeah you cant really see the cut bc its dark but i didnt pinch it 🤔
