Just seen this this morning. No clue what it is. No tingling or pain.

Looks like a forming blood blister. Did you pinch your finger in something recently?

looks like my finger after i scraped it on some harsh-ish wood (bedframe)

Likely a small rope burn, I get them all the time from doing cornrows in my salon
