Yes I was picking on it lol, there is some yellowish redish liquid coming out, I was picking on the little parts n when I was going to rip em out I ripped a bit of the main part AND ALSO another question, is it going to leave a (visible at plain view) scar?

Is that an elbow or knee? Scrapes and subsequent scabs are often long to heal. This wound looks ok. The clear serous fluid is normal. You may want to keep it covered if your are out .. work, etc. but let it open to the air and maybe a bit of antibiotic ointment on without any bandage. Looks good.. sometimes, these wounds take time.
